It took some time to get back to this since life got busy last week. We started on chapter 3 assembling the back panel. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

The only issue we ran into through this chapter was fastener management. There are 3 bags for fasteners. In chapter 3 the instructions in the early part no longer listed which bag the fasteners were in. In previous chapters the instructions would clearly state Fastener Bag 1/3 etc. This led to 10-15 minutes looking for one small bag of fasteners in a sea of small bags with fasteners. My solution was to pickup a few small parts divider boxes at Harbor Freight for 4.99 each.

I put the bags in tact into each of the sections with the label facing up. This allows quick scanning of all the relevant bags. It also helps retain fasteners that were unused at the current step. Some of the more common fasteners have 20-35 units in each bag and each step only takes a handful, leaving an open bag to easily spill into the main fastener bag.

Due to time constraints we were only able to get halfway through chapter 3. We had about an hour and a half into it before we had to stop. A brief look ahead it seems that we still have about 30-45 minutes left on the chapter. Less time now that we have our fastener situation rectified.
